Description

Paul Cercone and Christopher Weber opened Earnest Bar and Hideaway in 2017 under the name Hemingway’s. The bar pays homage to the 1920s and the Lost Generation author’s frequent drinking sprees and revelry. The bar and restaurant is in the historic Houston Station and features an impressive list of specialty cocktails as well as brunch, lunch, dinner, and bar food options. In 2019, the name was changed to Earnest Bar and Hideaway.
